It is advisable to start with a basic routine of cleansing, moisturising, and using sunscreen in your teens.

No, you should not use soap on your face. Bar soap and other soaps are too harsh for your face and can cause irritation, breakouts, and other skin issues and strip your skin of its natural oils. However there are certain facial cleansing bars specifically made for cleansing the face.

Microneedling is an often underrated facial treatment with incredible benefits for the face, neck, décolletage, and hands. Despite the term "needles," this minimally invasive procedure uses ultra-thin needles to gently puncture the skin, causing little discomfort and minimal downtime. It can also be performed on the legs, arms, and back to reduce signs of aging, minor scars, and stretch marks. Plus, it can stimulate hair regrowth on the scalp!
-
Dermaplaning is a facial treatment that gently removes dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) using a medical scalpel, which glides over your skin at a 45-degree angle. It may sound scary, but it’s completely non-invasive and causes no pain or discomfort since it doesn’t cut the skin! Vellus hair can trap environmental toxins, bacteria, and excess oil from your pores, leading to congestion in the form of blackheads and small pus-filled bumps. Dermaplaning is an effective way to clear bacteria and unclog pores, helping to minimise breakouts.

A Chemical Peel is a highly concentrated exfoliating facial treatment that produces remarkable results. This advanced, non-invasive treatment removes dry, dull skin cells, revealing smoother, fresher, and more radiant skin beneath. The PMP Peppermint Skin Peel I use is truly magic in a bottle!
Mild: Perfect for sensitive, acne-prone skin and Rosacea. Removes aging cells while stimulating new skin cell growth for healthier skin.
Intense: Targets chronoaged and photoaged skin, promoting tissue regeneration and cellular turnover to restore your skin’s ideal condition.

Microdermabrasion is a facial treatment that gently buffs away the superficial layer of skin through a process of abrasion or gentle sanding. Using a handheld wand with a diamond tip and gentle suction, this treatment vacuums away sanded dead skin cells and dirt while providing a physical lift to your skin. While it offers deeper exfoliation than dermaplaning, the results are fantastic with minimal downtime. This treatment can be applied to the face, neck, décolletage, arms, or hands, and is recommended for less sensitive, oily, and combination skin types.
